Data Thinking is a strategic approach designed to help companies develop comprehensive data strategies. It is an adaption of the well-known Design Thinking approach to Data. The Data Thinking program is a series of interviews with stakeholders together with a thourough analysis by our experts and a final common workshop to ideate data needs, KPIs and potential for data driven action within the business' value generating processes.
It will answer central questions indispensable for a successful data setup:
What are the value creating processes in the company along the customer journey?
What KPI exists in these processes? How do these KPI depend on each other and what is the North Star metric?
What actions can Stakeholders derive from data and how will that influence business success. What is the current state here and what would be the ideal situation/wishes?
What data is collected along those processes? What is missing and still has to be implemented?
What technical systems are needed and what are the first steps?
What legal, technical or organization risks exist for a successful data setup?

We work together with a Data Champion who will lead the project from your side and will direct other C-Level Stakeholders involved in the Data Project. The Programm will consist of a series of interviews with the participating department heads, collection of information from your team, preparation and facilitation the Workshop and delivery of the final data strategy.
We are working with a Data Champion from your company who will engage other stakeholders (e.g., COO, CSO, CTO, CFO, CEO, etc.) and ensure that all relevant business areas are covered. This needs to be someone at the C-level as well.
